403(b)/401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
  • UH enrolls eligible new hires in the Retirement Savings Plan automatically at 3% of salary. You can choose to contribute more or opt out.
UH Pension
  • UH funds an eligible employee’s pension benefit of an increasing percentage based on age and service. The UH Pension Plan is designed to work with your UH 403(b)/401(k) Retirement Savings Plan and Social Security.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • UH provides PTO to all regular full-time and part-time employees. Employees start accruing PTO upon date of hire.
