The Legal Plan provides telephone, online and in-office legal services through a network of professional attorneys. The plan covers:

  • Estate planning documents
  • Financial matters
  • Real estate matters
  • Defense of civil lawsuits
  • Family law
  • Traffic offenses (excluding DUI)
  • Document preparation
  • Immigration assistance
  • Juvenile matters
  • Consumer protection
  • Document review

Some services have no fees; some involve an extra charge.

Enrolling for Coverage
If you are a newly eligible full or part-time employee, such as a new hire or as a result of a qualified status change, you must enroll within 30 days, and coverage is effective immediately.
You may also enroll during the annual open enrollment period. Coverage will be effective January 1 of the following year.

If you enroll, you pay for coverage through after-tax payroll deductions.
